your experiences and meet new people.

about Medicare, Medicaid or additional healthcare options? Chris can help you
navigate the system, apply for benefits and determine the best option for you.
Chris is a certified CHOICES counselor and can give you up-to-date information
on the most current choices available to you.
Families
are encourages to meet with Chris when faced with individual challenges of aging.
Information and assistance with housing options, long term care, home and community-based
services available to the elder and his or her family. Counseling, with a focus
on short-term problem solving is available to Norwalk Senior Center member.
